Administrative registration 







To register online, use the Geode platform by going to

To connect:

  •    If you have your CentraleSupélec email, click on the blue button "CENTRALESUPELEC" and enter your CentraleSupélec email and password;
  •    If you do not yet have a CentraleSupélec email, click on the link "Initialize your Geode password" and enter your email (the one you gave to the school). You will receive an email to initialize your password within 5 minutes. Then, use your email and this password to connect.


N.B.: if you have just created your CentraleSupélec account via the Welcome application, you can connect to Geode only once your CentraleSupélec account has been activated.


Students must register online by September 30 at the latest.

For Mastères Spécialisés students, online registration must be completed no later than one month after the start of the academic year.



List of documents required for the administrative registration file (in digital format)


  • Passport photo
  •    Identity papers: CNI or passport and, if necessary, visa or residence permit
  •    Attestation of JAPD completed
  •    Transcript of marks of the baccalaureate or secondary school leaving certificate (international students)
  •    Last diploma obtained
  •    Certificate of payment or exemption from CVEC
  •    Certificate of scholarship
  •    Certificate of civil insurance for the year 2023-2024
  •    Apprenticeship contract
