Paiement de la contribution vie étudiante et de campus "CVEC"

 

Avant votre inscription, vous devez obligatoirement vous acquitter de la Contribution à la Vie Étudiante et de Campus auprès du Crous en vous connectant au site cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr 

Cette contribution a été instaurée par le gouvernement pour favoriser l'accompagnement social, sanitaire, culturel et sportif des étudiants.

Le montant de la  CVEC pour 2023/2024 est de 100€.

ATTENTION !  CentraleSupelec ne pourra pas finaliser votre inscription administrative sans cette attestation si vous y êtes assujetti.

 

Après vous être acquitté de la CVEC, vous recevrez par mail une attestation sur laquelle figure votre numéro d’attestation obligatoire lors de votre inscription.

Les boursiers sur critères sociaux, boursiers du Gouvernement Français, les réfugiés, les personnes bénéficiant de la protection subsidiaire et demandeurs d’asiles seront exonérés du paiement de la CVEC mais doivent se connecter pour obtenir un numéro d’attestation CVEC.

 

Cas particuliers

 

  • Si vous êtes inscrit en formation continue ou en contrat de professionnalisation, vous n'êtes pas concerné par cette contribution. Vous n'avez rien à faire.
    Sont inscrits en formation continue les étudiants en Mastère spécialisé et en VAE.
     
  • Si vous êtes étudiant en échange international en France (échange académique IN non diplômant, Double Diplome IN qui ne paie pas de droits d'inscription à CS) vous n'êtes pas concerné par cette contribution. Vous n'avez rien à faire.

Payment of Student Life and Campus Contribution (contribution vie étudiante et de campus or CVEC)

 

Before registering, you must pay the Contribution à la Vie Étudiante et de Campus (Student and Campus Life Contribution) to the Crous by logging on to cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr 

 

The government introduced this Contribution to promoting social, health, cultural, and sporting support for students.

 

The amount of the CVEC for 2023/2024 is 100 €.

 

ATTENTION: CentraleSupelec will only be able to finalize your administrative registration with this certificate if you are subject to this Contribution.

 

 

Once you have paid the CVEC, you will receive by e-mail a certificate on which appears your certificate number, which is compulsory at the time of your registration.

 

Scholarship holders on social criteria, French Government scholarship holders, refugees, people benefiting from subsidiary protection, and asylum seekers will be exempted from paying the CVEC. Still, they must log in to obtain a CVEC attestation number.

 

 

Special cases

 

  •     If you are enrolled in continuing education or a professionalization contract, you are not concerned by this Contribution. You do not have to do anything.

    Students in a specialized Master's program and VAE are registered in continuing education.

 

  •     If you are an international exchange student in France (non-degree academic exchange IN, Double Diploma IN, which does not pay registration fees to CS), you are not concerned by this Contribution. You do not have to do anything.
